Assignment Type: Hospital-based / Rounding Locum Tenens
Schedule: Nights and weekends, 2–3 weekends per month
Start Date: ASAP after credentialing (credentialing 90–120 days)
Call: 24-hour call, night call, call-back as needed

Endovascular & open surgical reconstruction for deep vein occlusions

Endovascular therapy for peripheral artery disease (PAD) and gangrene of limbs
Additional Vascular Conditions Treated:

Vascular malformations

Nutcracker Syndrome

Lymphedema
-
Venous wounds, carotid stents, varicose veins
Requirements
-
Board Certified in Vascular Surgery ✅
-
Completion of Vascular Surgery Fellowship ✅

Active PA license ✅
-
Current BLS & ACLS certification ✅
-
Clean malpractice history ✅
-
Local providers preferred
