- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. CABG, Valvular Surgery (Aortic, Tricuspid, Mitral)

Job Responsibilities
* Respond to consults and urgent surgical needs as required during call coverage
* Perform and support cardiovascular procedures, including CABG and valvular surgeries involving the aortic, tricuspid, and mitral valves
* Collaborate with cardiology, anesthesia, ICU, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Document all patient care activities accurately using the Cerner EMR
* Adhere to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies
Qualifications
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiovascular Surgery
* Active Arizona state medical license
* Eligible to complete credentialing within a 60-day timeframe
Working Hours
* Coverage dates from January 1, 2026, through March 1, 2026
* Call-only schedule as required for cardiovascular surgery services
Skills
* Excellent clinical judgment in high-acuity surgical cases
* Proficiency with Cerner EMR
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to respond promptly and efficiently while on call
