- Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
- Schedule: Overnight hospital-based cardiovascular surgery coverage, approximately 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, nights, weekends
- Weekend Requirements: Weekend call coverage 2–3 weekends per month, 24-hour coverage
- On Call Requirements: 24-hour cardiovascular surgery call coverage during scheduled nights and weekends
- Call Ratio: 2 to 3 weekends a month
- Number of Operating Room: 16
- Number of Cases per day: 2
- Trauma Level/Designation: level 2
- Certifications: BC, Fellowship, PA license, BLS, ACLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days (If provider does have a PA license, it will likely not take the full 120 days).
- Clean Malpractice
- Local Provider preferred
