Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Overnight hospital-based coverage, approximately 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend Requirements: Weekend call coverage 2–3 weekends per month, 24-hour coverage
- On Call Requirements: 24-hour cardiovascular surgery call coverage during scheduled nights and weekends
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Hospital-based/rounding
- Number of Operating Rooms: 16
- Number of Cases per Day: 2
- Trauma Level: Level 2
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult and geriatric
- Procedures/Surgeries Required:
- Aneurysm Repair
- Carotid Artery Endarterectomy (CEA)
- Femoral Bypass Surgery
- Fistula
- Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
- Endovascular Therapy for Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD)
- Endovascular Therapy for Gangrene of the Limbs
- Additional Vascular Conditions Treated:
- Vascular Malformations
- Nutcracker Syndrome
- Lymphedema
- Vinas wounds, carotid stents, varicose veins
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
- Completion of Vascular Surgery Fellowship
- Active PA license (Willingness to obtain PA license)
- BLS & ACLS Certification
- Clean Malpractice History
- Local Provider - Preferred
