- Schedule: Call only
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Hospital is Stroke Certified
- Will be required to supervise APP's
- CABG, Valvular Surgery (Aortic, Tricuspid, Mitral)
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 office staff
- EMR: Cerner
- Requirements: AZ license, BC, ACLS
- Credentialing: 60 days
