Hospital in South Carolina is seeking a Locum Cardiovascular Surgeon to provide high-acuity inpatient surgical coverage, including complex cardiac procedures. Setting: Hospital rounding and surgical coverage

Required Surgeries:

Aneurysm repair
-
Coronary artery bypass graft (CABG)

Heart valve replacement

Additional Preferred Skills: Cardiothoracic surgery expertise

Travel Reimbursement:

Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage at IRS standard rate

Required Skills & Qualifications

Board Certified in Cardiovascular Surgery – Required

Fellowship Trained in Cardiovascular Surgery – Required

Active South Carolina License (no exceptions for pending licensure) – Required

Active ACLS – Required

NPDB Self-Query – Required
-
Clean Background for Temporary Privileges – Required
