• 2 recent retirements have created high demand market
• Open to 100% Cardiac or mix of Cardiac and Thoracic
• Single Hospital Coverage - excellent OR staff and backup
• Officed with 2 other experienced Surgeons on campus
• 4.5 day work week with volume for 3 days in OR (block scheduling)
• 50th + percentile Guranteed salary, wRVU incentive - HIGH earning potential
• Sign-On Bonus & relocation allowance
• Full suite of health & medical benefits, PTO, CME allowance
