A hospital is seeking a cardiovascular surgeon help while they permanently recruit.
Schedule:
- Full time M-F (7 - 5pm), plus on-call
- Start July 17th - August 1st, ongoing until perm has started
- APPs take first call (ICU, Hospital floors, outpatients and ED)
- Temp privileging
Practice Setting:
- Inpatient & outpatient work
- 4 patients currently post open heart, 15 total since Jan 2023
- Support staff: APPs take first call and vein harvesting, Anesthesia - 2 CV anesthesiologists on staff, and full CVOR support
- Charting: Epic/Dragon
Cases & Procedures:
- Bread & butter
- CABGs
- Post open hearts
Travel and Accommodations:
- Air, Rental, and Lodging coordinated and covered
- International airport 30 minutes from the facility
