Clinical Role:

- Coverage Dates:
- June 4 at 5pm-June 17 at 7am June 28 at 5pm- July 8 at 7am August 1 at 5pm- August 19 at 7am November 22 at 5pm- December 2 at 7am December 20 at 5pm- December 30 at 7am
- There will be additional coverage available throughout the year
- 8 hour inhouse M-F (no clinic) and 24-hour call on weekends
- Looking to keep the provider on the roster and use for our 12 weeks of PTO coverage annually.
