Details/Requirements for Assignment #101453:
» Active Michigan license required or IMLC with LOQ
» July 17-18 for orientation. Coverage needed 7am July 19 - 7am August 1.
» Board Certified required
» ACLS, BLS required
» Outpatient visits, Surgery call, Inpatient rounding
» Full CVOR support, 2 CV anesthesiologists on staff
» Cases/Procedures: CABGs, bread and butter cases, post open hearts
» Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm plus call - APPs take first call and vein harvesting
» Case logs required - 125 in last 12 months
» EMR: EPIC/Dragon
» Three professional references will be required that have worked with you within the last 18 months
