StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a hospital and its Heart Institute to assist them with the recruitment of a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their team.

  • Practice Highlights / Qualifications:
    • Must be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery
    • Advanced heart failure surgery experience is required
    • Experience with LVADs and ECMO is a plus
    • Have to be able and willing to do Thoracic cases
    • Structural valve and endovascular procedural experience preferred, but not required
The hospital you will cover is a 436-bed acute care facility that offers a wide range of specialty services. The hospital’s ER is one of the busiest in the state, with adult and pediatric centers on its main campus and five additional freestanding ER locations throughout the community. Other services include a Heart and Vascular Center, Comprehensive Metabolic and Bariatric Center or Excellence, Advanced Wound and Plastic Surgery Center, the Pediatric Center, and a Level III NICU. It is also home to The Women's Center and The Baby Suites, offering complete care for the whole family.
