Coverage type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
Schedule: • Worksite Type: OR, Rounding, Clinic? - Clinic, OR and Hospital Rounding
• Start Date: 5/15 ( need coverage for vacation, etc.) this could change if a PA leaves the group; if this happens we would looking for full time coverage
• End Date: N/A
• Schedule: O.R. Days: Available every day Clinic Days (1 day a week) Asking about Rounding – Daily Alone or with the Surgeon? Yes..

• Patient Information: OR Cases per day? (2-3) Patients seen in the clinic per day (5-12) Patients seen on the floor – Average 6-10
• Required Procedures/Skills: EVH – What type of EVH System ( Maquet, Hemopro, Terumo )? CABG, TAVR, AAA, AVR, MVR Any other types of cases – NO - Bedside procedures – Standard Skills
• Hospital Credentialing/Privileging Details: How long for privileges (?-not sure)
• Certifications: ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support; BLS - Basic Life Support - YES
• EMR: EPIC
• DEA Required: YES
Looking for same dates with call added on May 20th and 21st.
