- Coverage Needed:
- April 20 - May 9, 2022
- Clinical Information:
- The provider must be competent to cover any adult cardiac and thoracic surgical case as well as to cover vascular surgery.
- Daily Patient Volume: 14
- The monthly coverage requirement up to 14 days per month.
- Surgical team to include - first-assistant (NP/PA), two surgical techs, one RN circulator, anesthesiologist; ICU nursing staff; step-down nursing staff (4th floor).
- Meditech
- Required:
- Board certified
- Active Idaho license
- The provider is required to be available for rounding on all in-patients daily and 24/7 cardiac call coverage each day.
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
