Breast Surgeon Opportunity Location: Vestal, NY Board Certified / Board Eligible Surgeon Overview: We are seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join a NAPBC-accredited Breast Center. This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized breast care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Practice Highlights: • State-of-the-art breast center equipped with digital breast tomosynthesis, digital mammography, ultrasound, bone density, MRI, and stereotactic, MRI, and ultrasound-guided biopsy. • Multidisciplinary care team includes surgeons, radiologists, plastic surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and a fellowship-trained oncologic breast pathologist. • Rapid specialty consults available for patients as needed. • Support services include dedicated genetic counseling, lymphedema services, and nurse navigation. • This position does not require general or trauma call. Qualifications: • Board-certified or board-eligible in Surgery. • Completion of an ACGME-accredited program and fellowship training in Breast Surgery. • Excellent clinical skills with a strong rapport with patients and colleagues. • Opportunities to teach residents and medical students from a regional medical university. • Ability to participate in clinical research is a plus. Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive starting salary: $390,059–$487,600 plus RVU productivity and quality bonuses. • Comprehensive benefits package and malpractice insurance provided.
