An established Comprehensive Breast Center is expanding and seeking a Breast Surgeon to join a highly collaborative team dedicated exclusively to breast care. This is a growth opportunity—not a replacement position—with immediate patient demand and a well-developed referral network.
The practice offers a truly integrated model where imaging, diagnostics, clinic, and surgical services are housed together, creating a highly efficient experience for both physicians and patients.
Practice Highlights
• Comprehensive Breast Center with established referral base
• Growth position due to increasing patient demand
• Integrated care model with imaging, diagnostics, clinic, and surgery under one roof
• Efficient workflow with minimal administrative burden
• Balanced schedule with 1-2 clinic days and 3-5 OR days weekly
• Clinic volume of 20-30 patients per day
Exceptional Clinical Support
• Dedicated Nurse Practitioner for each surgical team
• Dedicated RN and Medical Assistant support
• Breast Navigator assigned to each physician
• Medical Assistants manage scheduling and pre-operative coordination
• Collaborative multidisciplinary breast care team
Lifestyle Benefits
• Clinic begins at 8:30 AM, predictable schedule
• No weekends or holidays

Compensation & Benefits
• Compensation aligned with national benchmarks
• Signing bonus + 100% of relocation covered
