Job description
Role Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient sleep care in a well-established clinic
- Flexible FTE opportunities to fit your preferred schedule
- No call requirement if practicing sleep medicine exclusively
- Focus on optimizing sleep study utilization and improving regional access to care
- Candidate should be comfortable providing care for pediatric patients
Clinical Support & Program Features:
- Work with two sleep labs and remote study interpretation capabilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of sleep-focused physicians, advanced practice providers, RNs, and MAs
- Support and expand advanced therapy programs, including Inspire therapy
- Access EMR and a dedicated prior authorization team to streamline workflow
- Opportunity to help redesign referral pathways to ensure appropriate testing and reduce unnecessary studies
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $360K-$466K (based on experience)
