Review STOP-Bang results to validate at-home sleep study orders
Interpret at-home sleep study results and diagnose sleep disorders
Prescribe CPAP therapy and generate letters of medical necessity when indicated

Refer patients to Dental Sleep Medicine when clinically appropriate
Communicate with patients via secure telemedicine or phone for initial and follow-up reviews
Adhere to established clinical protocols and standards of care

Qualifications

Active Board Certification in Sleep Medicine or Pulmonology
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Sleep Medicine
Active physician license in Oregon or South Dakota (additional state licenses a plus)
If candidates are not licensed in at least OR or SD, they will not be eligible to be considered for this role.
