- Setting: Office/clinic; open to remote sleep study reads
- Reason for Coverage: Improve access to sleep medicine
- Dates: 2/2/2026 – 5/2/2026
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Call: None
- Adult vs Pediatric: 100% Adult, 0% Pediatric
- Patients/Day: 12–16

- Active South Carolina Medical License — REQUIRED
- Board Eligible (Sleep Medicine ONLY) — REQUIRED
- BLS — REQUIRED

- 2 Sleep Medicine physicians
- 6 APPs
- Sleep studies performed in a hospital outpatient department
- Clinic handles interpretation and post-study follow-up
