Facility: 245- bed hospital; specialty clinic; outpatient
Setting: outpatient specialty clinic; 100% adult, average patients per day 12-16, EMR-EPIC
Schedule: Weekday schedule; daytime hours
Practice Details: sleep studies performed in the hospital outpatient department, clinic follows-up with patients results
Certifications: BC in sleep medicine-required; active SC license, BLS
