$50K sign on bonus

* 1:4 call/phone only
* Join a group of two Physicians and one APP
* High volume practice with average of 100 new patients monthly
* Opportunity to ramp up quickly with abundant patient referrals from over 700 providers employed by our health system
* Optional mid-level oversight/compensation
* Excellent nursing support, specialized and fully staffed for clinic, phone triage and prior auths
* 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday
