Exciting opportunity for a Rheumatology physician in the heart of California! This thriving physician owned group has 1-2 openings for Rheumatology trained physicians. The incoming Rheumatology physician will enjoy a clinic based schedule with the ability to practice in a large service area of well over 300,000 with virtually no competition. The potential is limitless!

  • Highly respected and well established multi-specialty group with experienced Rheumatology physicians available for support
  • Outpatient ONLY - shared phone call responsibilities with no night or weekend responsibilities
  • Negotiable starting salary of up to $275K with RVU upside potential - group has excellent payor mix of predominantly PPO, cash, and minimal Medicare
  • Leadership opportunities available within the group and at local hospital
  • 1 year track to shareholder - Shareholders enjoy voting rights and profit sharing
  • Full benefits including: medical, dental and vision insurance (physician and dependents), life insurance, disability, malpractice, 401K with matching, PTO, CME, and CME allowance
  • $50K signing bonus, up to $100K in direct student loan repayment and up to $15K in relocation assistance available
  • Rheumatology Physician with MD/DO degree REQUIRED – Board Certified or truly Board Eligible with valid medical license
