Practice: Established and Well-Funded Healthcare Organization
- Attractive First-Year Compensation of at least $302,174, with a lucrative production incentive!
- Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance available, with relocation included in the sign-on package.
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a short Friday ending at noon/12:30 PM.
- NO CALL and NO routine inpatient rounding!
- Established outpatient-focused Rheumatology practice with 2 Rheumatologists and 2 APPs.
- Approximately 15–18 patients per day, with the opportunity for increased production if desired.
- Primarily adult and geriatric Rheumatology with no routine pediatric Rheumatology.
- 30 days of PTO plus 18 weeks of sick leave.

The Opportunity:
Join an established outpatient Rheumatology practice located on the campus of a major regional medical center. The clinic operates in a separate building within a short walk of the main hospital, providing convenient access to hospital resources while maintaining a primarily outpatient practice model.
The practice currently includes 2 Rheumatologists, 2 APPs, approximately 4 CMAs and 4 RNs, including an RN clinical coordinator. The position is designed around outpatient Rheumatology, with evaluation and management of adult and geriatric rheumatologic conditions and the ability to perform minor procedures/injections.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a predictable schedule, no call, no routine inpatient rounding and an established patient base, while still having the support and resources of a large regional healthcare organization.
