### Locums | Rheumatology | Outpatient Clinic | Winston-Salem, NC ### Why This Role * Six-month outpatient assignment * No call, weekends, admissions, or hospital duties * Epic EMR * North Carolina license or IMLC accepted * Multiple providers may be considered * Dedicated MA and office support ### Assignment Details * Start Date: December 1, 2026 * End Date: June 1, 2027 * Setting: Outpatient Rheumatology * Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours with no call * Patient Volume: Approximately 18–20 patients per shift * Admissions: None * EMR: Epic * Credentialing: Approximately 90 days * Temporary Privileges: Unavailable * Support: One MA and one office staff member * Nearest Airport: Piedmont Triad International Airport ### Requirements * Board Certified in Rheumatology * Fellowship-trained in Rheumatology * Active North Carolina license or IMLC eligibility * Current BLS * Outpatient rheumatology experience ### Clinical Details * Evaluate and manage outpatient rheumatologic conditions * Treat approximately 18–20 patients per shift * Arthrocentesis preferred * Joint and soft-tissue injection experience preferred * Thoracentesis preferred * No biopsies, arthroscopy, EMG, NCV, or central-line management required * No APP, resident, or teaching supervision required
