Candidate Requirements:
- Active Wyoming medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- For Board-Eligible candidates, certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency
- Flu vaccination required, or an approved medical/religious exemption
- COVID-19 vaccination required, or an approved medical/religious exemption

It is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Douglas, Wyoming.
- Approximately 5,500 annual ED visits
- Approximately 250 deliveries per year
- Average daily census: approximately 10
- Level III Trauma Center
