WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated Rheumatologist to join our expanding team in Central NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-specialty group that prioritizes patient care and values a balanced work-life schedule. The role is exclusively outpatient, with no hospital duties required, offering a supportive environment with a great payor mix and potential for quality bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct E/M for ongoing patient visits across three office locations, with one designated as an anchor spot.
- Oversee infusions at our infusion center.
- Work 4.5 days seeing patients and allocate 0.5 days for administrative tasks.
- Participate in a 1:4 call schedule, exclusively outpatient, involving only phone consultations.
- Collaborate with a dedicated LPN during clinical work.
- Engage in opportunities for quality bonuses under a value-based medicine model.
Requirements
- Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC).
- New Jersey license required.
- Prefer experienced providers but will consider new graduates who can work independently.
