📍 Position Highlights

• Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts
• Specialty: Rheumatology
• Assignment Length: Approximately 24 weeks with extension potential

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Clinic Hours: Between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Requirement: Must be able to work 6 clinic sessions/shifts weekly
• Call Schedule:
  • 1:3 weekend call rotation
  • Rotating evening coverage
    

🏥 Practice Environment

• Outpatient Rheumatology Clinic
• Approximately 18 patients per day
• Annual clinic volume of approximately 2,000 visits
• Work alongside:
  • 2 Rheumatologists
  • 10+ Orthopedic Providers
• EMR System: Epic
• Academic and collaborative care environment

👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of rheumatologic conditions
• Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care
• Manage chronic autoimmune and inflammatory diseases
• Collaborate with orthopedic and specialty teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Epic

✅ Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Medical License REQUIRED
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Current flu vaccination REQUIRED
  • No waivers or exceptions accepted
• Must provide current or most recent direct supervisor reference
• Strong outpatient clinical experience preferred
