Join a growing specialty team seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders. Job Responsibilities
• Treat disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, vasculitis, osteoporosis, and osteoarthritis
• Order and interpret laboratory testing, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Develop individualized treatment plans including biologics and infusion therapies when appropriate
• Monitor chronic disease progression and medication response
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers for coordinated care
• Educate patients on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
Qualifications
• Completion of accredited Rheumatology fellowship
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Active New York medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA certification preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday outpatient schedule
• No or minimal call depending on department needs
