We are seeking a skilled Rheumatologist to provide comprehensive care for patients with rheumatic and autoimmune diseases in a strictly outpatient setting. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse range of conditions while developing long-term relationships with patients and contributing to a collaborative care environment.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outpatient consultations for rheumatic and autoimmune conditions

  • Diagnose and manage:

    • Rheumatoid arthritis

    • Lupus

    • Gout

    • Vasculitis

    • Scleroderma

    • Ankylosing spondylitis

    • Other musculoskeletal disorders

  • Interpret laboratory results and imaging studies

  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including biologics and lifestyle modifications

  • Provide ongoing follow-up care and monitor treatment response

  • Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists for comprehensive care

⏰ Schedule & Work Environment

  • 8-hour shifts

  • 40 hours per week (full-time)

  • Flexible scheduling options available

  • 100% outpatient, in-person setting

  • No hospital call

  • MD or DO degree

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology

  • Minimum 3 years of outpatient clinical experience

  • Strong diagnostic and clinical expertise in rheumatologic conditions

  • Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach

  • Active or eligible for New York State medical license

  • Interest in long-term growth and partnership
