Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: 4 to 5 days per week (preferred), 32-36 hours per week, 7am to 5pm typically with some flexibility on hours within that range. If able to offer 1-2 weeks per month that would be helpful. Guaranteed hours: 8. OT to apply after 9 hours per day. OT should be preapproved by the clinic manager.
- Job Setting: Outpatient work only in hospital outpatient department
- Types of Cases: 12-16 patient encounters per shift. Intravenous therapies relating to intravenous medicines for Rheumatology. Preferred skills: Microscopic specimen evaluation, Diagnostic/therapeutic taps, Arthrocentesis, Joint/soft tissue injection. Required: Familiarity with intravenous therapies.
- Credentialing: Provider will need to go through hospital credentialing. Estimated credentialing timeframe 90-120 days. Start date 5/1/2026 - Ongoing
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency required. Fellowship required.
- Certifications: BLS required
- Licensure: Active OR license and OR DEA required
