Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 05-01-2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 4 to 5 days per week, 32-36 hours per week, typically 7am to 5pm with some flexibility
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- EMR System: Epic
- Patients Per Shift: 12-16
- Support Staff: 4 MAs, 9 Office Staff
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Active OR license and OR DEA required
- BLS certification required
- Hospital credentialing required for outpatient department
- Familiarity with intravenous therapies
