Job description
A healthcare system in Massachusetts is seeking a Full-Time Locum Rheumatologist for outpatient clinic coverage beginning March 2026 (ASAP start preferred). This is a 24-week assignment with strong potential for extension.
📍 Assignment Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Clinic Hours: Between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Setting: Outpatient clinic only

Patient Volume: Approx. 18 patients per day

Annual Clinic Volume: ~2,000 visits
-
Call: 1:3 weekend call + rotating evening coverage

EMR: EPIC
🏥 Department Overview:
-
Two Rheumatologists currently on staff
-
10+ Orthopedic providers on-site
-
No APP coverage in the department
📋 Requirements:

Active Massachusetts license required
-
Flu vaccination required (no exceptions/waivers)

Must provide current/most recent direct supervisor reference
