An excellent opportunity is available for a Rheumatologist to join a patient-focused, collaborative practice serving a diverse population in Northwest Ohio. This role offers exceptional schedule flexibility, strong clinical autonomy, and the chance to manage a wide range of complex and rewarding rheumatologic cases. Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive outpatient care with optional inpatient consults
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subspecialists
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education
Qualifications
• Active Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain
• DEA certification prior to start
• Clean malpractice and licensure history
• NPDB self-query report (current)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
Working Hours
• Part-time or full-time schedules (2–5 days per week)
• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts available
• Optional week-on/week-off schedule
• Weekend responsibilities vary based on selected schedule
