- Schedule is Monday – Friday, 40 hours
- No call requirements
- $315,000 base compensation
- Malpractice including tail
- Existing infusion infrastructure
- Established referral base from PCPs and Specialists
- Competitive compensation and benefits package:
- wRVU production incentive compensation available
- $35,000 sign on
- $10,000 quality bonus
- Loan forgiveness of $20,000 per year up to $100,000 or 5 years
- Quality incentive of $10,000 annually
- 6 weeks or 240 hours of PTO
- Moving expenses up to $10,000
- 5 days of CME annually with a $4,500 annual CME allowance
- Three to five-year agreement with a 120-day out by either party
- Participation in MMH Health Plan with covered premiums. Voluntary participation in all other plan opportunities.
