Position Summary
Avita Health System is seeking a dedicated, Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) Rheumatologist to provide essential outpatient services across Richland and Crawford Counties, Ohio. The practice is directly supported by a robust base of over 45 + employed primary care providers (PCPs) across the service area. This strong internal network ensures a consistent and steady flow of patient referrals, allowing for the rapid establishment of a full practice within a truly integrated healthcare model.
Compensation and Benefits
Avita Health System offers a competitive compensation package designed to support a healthy work-life balance and a significantly lower cost of living area:
- Salary:$350,000 (guaranteed base for the term of the contract)
- Productivity:$62 WRVU productivity bonuses
- Sign-On Incentive: up to $150,000 (including student loans, moving expenses, sign on bonus)
