Rheumatologist needed for beautiful Hudson Valley community practice affiliated with a hospital. Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan, paid medical malpractice including tail coverage.

Job Description:


Compensation : $250000 - $275000 Job ID : 31063

Job Function:

  • Brand new office location, referrals will come from existing primary care physicians.
  • Panel of patients in place.
  • 100% outpatient ambulatory practice model.
  • Office is open Mon-Friday with no evenings or weekends required.
  • Medical group offers primary care, wellness, occupational health, and some specialty care.
  • Partnership with academic center, internal medicine residents (no fellows).
  • Strong referral network and patient-centered medical home with the affiliate hospital and larger ACO network.

Job Requirements:

  • NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred), but not required.
  • Residency training in Internal Medicine and Fellowship training in Rheumatology.
  • New graduates completing training in the next 12 months encouraged to apply.
