Job Description:
Compensation : $250000 - $275000 Job ID : 31063
Job Function:
- Brand new office location, referrals will come from existing primary care physicians.
- Panel of patients in place.
- 100% outpatient ambulatory practice model.
- Office is open Mon-Friday with no evenings or weekends required.
- Medical group offers primary care, wellness, occupational health, and some specialty care.
- Partnership with academic center, internal medicine residents (no fellows).
- Strong referral network and patient-centered medical home with the affiliate hospital and larger ACO network.
Job Requirements:
- NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred), but not required.
- Residency training in Internal Medicine and Fellowship training in Rheumatology.
- New graduates completing training in the next 12 months encouraged to apply.
