Location: Southeastern Massachusetts

Position Type: Full-Time | Outpatient Only

Compensation: Starting base salary of $250,000+ (with productivity-based bonuses and no earning cap)

We're seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join a large, well-established, physician-led multispecialty group in Southeastern Massachusetts. This is a full-time, outpatient-based role with flexibility in scheduling and practice structure. You'll have access to a collaborative network of specialists and advanced diagnostic resources, making it an ideal opportunity for a physician who values autonomy, stability, and professional growth.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatologic care across a wide range of conditions.

• Perform in-office procedures (training/support provided if needed).

• Collaborate closely with in-house specialists including Orthopedics, Infectious Disease, Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Physical Therapy.

• Utilize on-site diagnostic facilities: CT, MRI, ultrasound, DEXA, and full lab support.

• Minimal call volume (0-2 phone calls per week), shared with another rheumatologist.

• No inpatient consults or hospital rounds.

• Optional participation in clinical research and pharma studies through an in-house research team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completion of accredited Rheumatology fellowship.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.

• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.

• Proficiency or interest in musculoskeletal ultrasound preferred.

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
