A 224-bed regional medical center in Billings, Montana is seeking a BE/BC Rheumatologist to join a growing practice with strong patient demand and an established referral network. With the current Rheumatologist transitioning toward retirement, this is a unique opportunity to step into an existing patient panel and build a busy practice with significant long-term earning potential. Join a highly supported team with 2 Physician Assistants, 1 Nurse Practitioner, a dedicated Medical Assistant, and a scheduler, all while enjoying an exceptional quality of life in one of the Mountain West's premier communities.
The Position:
• Four-day work week (Monday through Thursday) offering outstanding work-life balance
• No call, nights or weekends required.
• $339,000 base salary with upside via RVU incentives
• Qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (501c3 Non-Profit Employer)
• $100,000 Student Loan Repayment
• 14 chair infusion center
• EPIC EMR
