Rheumatologist Independent Practice with Partnership Track | Reading, PA Making over $340,000
Join a respected, independent Rheumatology practice with a legacy of excellence in arthritis and osteoporosis care. This clinic is known for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while maintaining a warm, collegial environment.

Youll join a close-knit team that includes one physician and one nurse practitioner, supported by skilled MAs, radiology technicians, and a full RCM team. The practice offers on-site X-ray, DEXA, lab draws, and a clinical research site all under one roof.
Position Highlights
- Established patient panel (2,5003,000 per provider)
- Balanced schedule: 34 patient-facing hours weekly + 24 admin hours
- On-site X-ray, DEXA, lab, and clinical research programs (not required but available if you choose)
- Shared call rotation (1 week every 6th week) with $500/day call stipend
- Partnership track (typically 2 years) for qualified candidates
- Optional research participation and community outreach opportunities
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $230,000$250,000 + quarterly production bonuses
- On-Call Pay: $3,500 per week, 6 week rotation (make extra $28,000 a year)
- Retirement: 401(k) with employer match up to 4%
- Partnership Track: Typically, 2 years (flexible for right fit)
- Retirement: 401(k) with 100% match on first 3% + 50% on next 2%
- PTO: 45 weeks (based on tenure)
- CME: $2,500 annual allowance + license renewal reimbursement
- Malpractice: Occurrence-based (no tail required)
- Relocation or sign-on bonus available
Qualifications
- Fellowship-trained Rheumatologist (MD or DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
- Eligible for Pennsylvania medical license
- New graduates welcome
