Physician-lead medical group is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a well-established practice in northwestern Illinois, just east of Davenport, IA.

- Full-time employed position
- Join one physician and experienced clinical and non-clinical staff
- Call coverage will be split 1:3 consisting of calls only
- Group offers on-campus radiology, lab and pharmacy services to assist with the care of your patients
- Infusion Center reopening in January of 2026
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee of $330k, then transition to wRVU Model
- $120k recruitment incentive
- Relocation allowance up to $15k
- Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
- Generous paid time off consisting of 4 weeks of vacation time, 1 week CME, & 6 paid holidays
- CME Allowance of $6k annually
- Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 403(b) with match and 457(b)
