A well-regarded healthcare facility in Shelton, Connecticut, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatology Physician to join its specialty care team. As a non-profit institution affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and other academic partners, the facility offers a broad spectrum of clinical services, including emergency care, advanced imaging, minimally invasive procedures, and specialty care in rheumatology and related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, advanced practice providers, and support staff.
Participate in patient care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
Position Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited Rheumatology fellowship or residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
Active Connecticut medical license or eligibility to obtain.
Open to newly trained graduates.
