Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join as core faculty in Millsboro, Delaware, with a strong focus on fellowship education, mentorship, and academic excellence.
#### Practice Overview:
Provide instruction and supervision of rheumatology fellows
Dedicate ~10 hours per week for protected educational and administrative duties
Mentor fellows regarding career development and educational goals
Participate in evaluations, scheduling, and administrative activities
Deliver didactic lectures and attend departmental educational conferences
Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and fellowship program development
Engage in faculty development and scholarly activity, with opportunities for research collaboration

#### Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $269,000–$333,000, commensurate with experience
