Rheumatology in Indiana

North West Indiana - On Lake Michigan
40 miles to South Bend & Notre Dame
50 miles to downtown Chicago
4 hours to downtown Detroit
Train goes to Chicago daily
Join 2 physicians and 1 APP
Take over an established practice

South Side of Indianapolis
10 miles to downtown Indianapolis
15 miles to Indianapolis International Airport (IND)
Join 2 physicians and 1 APP
Coverage 1:3
Join a Hospital employed group at any of these locations.
- Clinic Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Flexible full-time schedule
- Average outpatient volume: 15 - 20 patients / day
- Occasional inpatient consults (clinic is adjacent to hospital inpatient floors)
- Established MA support
- Telehealth offered
- Strong primary care referral base
- Option to grow the practice beyond SPI referrals as Rheumatology is underserved in this geographic area
- On campus x-ray and ultrasound services, and infusion center
- EMR: EPIC
