- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 2 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 18 patients per shift and 17 beds in the department. Seeking one locum provider to work alongside another locum in an alternating schedule of two weeks on and two weeks off to provide coverage for the full month. The role requires obtaining hospital privileges to order infusions, with an estimated 90-day timeframe for credentialing and privileges completion. The provider will work in the clinic Monday through Friday, following the hours outlined in the position description, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Overtime will apply for any hours worked beyond 40 in a week.

Job Responsibilities
* Provide patient care in the clinic setting Monday through Friday
* Obtain and maintain hospital privileges to order infusions
* Complete all necessary documentation and follow clinic protocols
* Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
* Ability to obtain hospital privileges (allow 90 days for credentialing and privileging)
* Relevant clinical experience in similar settings
* Strong understanding of infusion ordering and management
* Compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
