Looking for one locum provider to work in tandem with another locum, alternating 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off to cover full month.
Providers will need hospital privs to order infusions so plan 90 days for credentialing and privs to be completedJob Responsibilities
· Patients per shift: 18
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Bed in department: 17
Qualifications
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
Working Hours
End Date: 12-31-2026
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off Providers will work in the clinic Monday-Friday 7:15a – 4p
