Seeking a passionate and flexible Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist (MD/DO) to join our state-of-the-art Wellness Park outpatient facility in Findlay, OH. This role offers unmatched autonomy, multiple scheduling options, and the opportunity to design your own practice in a collaborative, physician-friendly environment.
Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours per week, with additional wRVU productivity bonus potential (total compensation up to $500,000/year) $50,000 signing bonus
Job Responsibilities
• Design and manage your own clinic schedule, choosing patient mix and age group.
• Collaborate with a full network of medical and surgical specialties for coordinated patient care.
• Participate in weekly CME programs, Mayo Clinic Care Network resources, and optional teaching opportunities.
• Maintain thorough patient documentation in the integrated Cerner EMR system.
Qualifications
• Active Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain – Required
• Clean malpractice and licensing history – Required
• No visa sponsorship available (J1/H1B not accepted)
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Working Hours
• Optional Saturday 4-hour shift
• No hospital call; office voicemail only (average <1 call/month)
