💼 The Role:

• 100% outpatient rheumatology – no inpatient rounding

• Build your schedule: part-time, full-time, or week-on/week-off

• Choose your patient mix and age group

• Work alongside a high-functioning care team and a full spectrum of specialties

• Use Cerner EMR, fully integrated across settings

• Access to Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and CME opportunities

• Teaching optional – engage with medical students and APP trainees

• Enjoy real autonomy while shaping clinic operations

• No locums or visa sponsorship at this time

💰 Compensation & Perks:

• $300K base salary (40 hrs/week) + wRVU productivity bonus

• Total earning potential up to $500K/year

• $50,000 signing bonus

• Loan repayment options (paid monthly, quarterly, or annually – your choice!)

• $5,000 annual CME & board certification support

• 248 hours PTO (vacation, holidays, CME)
