Position: Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist
Location: Danville, Kentucky

Overview:
Seeking a skilled and compassionate Rheumatologist to join their expanding outpatient clinic.The incoming physician will serve a six-county area and play a key role in delivering comprehensive rheumatology care close to home.
Practice Highlights:
Outpatient-only position with a standard 40-hour workweek

Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
Eligible for medical licensure in Kentucky
Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and clinical skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits:
Three-year employed agreement with structured salary progression
Year 1 & 2: Guaranteed salary with eligibility for productivity bonuses
Year 3: Base salary plus wRVU productivity model
Commencement bonus paid within 30 days of start date
