JOB OVERVIEW
• Job Title: Physician – Rheumatology
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Employed)

• Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Coverage Type: Clinical Only
• Coverage Period: Ongoing
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday

PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adult patients with rheumatologic conditions
• Phone Consults: Yes
• Case Mix: General rheumatology with option to tailor subspecialty interests

FACILITY INFORMATION
• EMR System: EPIC – HIMSS Stage VII certified
• Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient rheumatology tools
• Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians
• Support Staff Available: Full hospital and clinic support team
• Reason for Coverage: System expansion and growth

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days post-offer

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active IN license (or ability to obtain)
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new grads
• Other Qualifications: Subspecialty interests encouraged; EMR proficiency (EPIC)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver outpatient rheumatology care
• Collaborate with hospital and clinic teams in a collegial setting
• Document using EPIC EMR
• Contribute to expanding rheumatology services within a growing system
