• Make every weekend a 3-day weekend and come home (and stay home) every night, thanks to a 4-day work week and zero call
• Join a well-established outpatient Rheumatology practice, located on the campus of a state-of-the-art medical center
• On-site infusion center, comprehensive imaging, full lab, Ortho Center, Pain Clinic, & more
• Long-tenured & competent team - you'll have an experienced Rheumatology PA and extensive nursing support as part of your dedicated staff
• Reasonable volumes of 15-16 patients per day on average, ultimately dependent on your preference as the provider
• Best-in-Industry Compensation: $420K starting base salary & $100K signing bonus, plus additional lucrative wRVU bonus potential
• 35+ days off, 5% 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice w tail, relocation stipend & more
• J1 waiver & H1B visa sponsorship available; experienced legal team to support
