Job Responsibilities
Conduct hospital consultations on an as-needed basis.
Diagnose and treat a variety of autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and osteoporosis.
Develop individualized treatment plans using the latest advancements in rheumatology.
Work collaboratively with primary care physicians and specialists within LECOM Health.
Play a leadership role in developing and expanding rheumatology services in the region.
Participate in education, research, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
Eligible for or currently hold a valid Pennsylvania medical license.
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, with occasional hospital consults as needed.
Dedicated time off for CME and professional development.
Skills
Proficiency in performing joint injections and other rheumatologic procedures.
Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building a premier rheumatology program.
Commitment to medical education, research, and community service.
